Is the first time Me and my son going into this dunkin just went to ordered our food drive thru one of the employee took our ordered with a nasty attitude like they having a hearing issues made my son to repeat the orders 3 time and said “is that all” kept repeating like if the costumer hasn’t finishing ordering the entire meals not letting him finished yet this place needs new team members taking they’re sweet time to top it all one of the sandwiches was wrong if they don’t like taking orders or don’t like what they’re doing then don’t work there that’s unacceptable the manager needs to hire great positive friendly staffs totally unprofessional poor costumer service beautiful place tho

This DD is about fours years new. The parking area and landscaping is nice. We entered the drive thru and ordered two iced coffees. Our orders were correct and the employee was polite. This DD is on Damon Rd in Northampton.

It’s a Dunkin, this location has messed up my order a head drink 2 times in 3 visits. I’d say I won’t go back but I need my iced coffee so I’ll probably set my expectations and swing through some morning bleary-eyed forgetting this isn’t the good Dunkin on my way to work.

They sure know how to make their cosmic coolattas all spiffy, but they often run out of products on menu (matcha, cotton candy, etc.) and they dont always get the order right. The hashbrowns dont taste fresh and based on the time it takes to get them done, they’re certainly just sitting under a heat lamp. Drive through is much better than the location formerly at Pride. Bathroom, seatings areas, and interior vibe are nice. Staff are friendly.

Both drive thru experiences I have had recently my order was not correct. I ordered the veggie egg white omelette bites and received the bacon omelette bites. The second time I ordered a cold foam cold brew with two pumps of caramel swirl and as I got to the window the girl swirled the coffee to hide the fact that they put mocha swirl in it as instead. Both times I have ordered the assistant manager has taken the order and has been rude and unfriendly. I will not be going back. Best of luck hope the service, accuracy and efficiency improve!
