Frequently out of major menu items, service is very touch and go. They have some very friendly, customer-focused employees and the line at the drive thru typically moves quickly, but don’t be surprised if you place your order and are told they don’t have breakfast sandwiches or pretty much any hot food item. It happens just a bit too often.

Experience varies with various locations. The food and drinks are always good, but the service varies and the prices are high. When it comes to coffee, I’ll go to their competitor down the street and pay about a third of the price for coffee that is of equal quality.

This Dunkin is the worst. They keep all the Mobile orders behind the counter (even though they have a dedicated spot labeled mobile orders), and will ignore you and not give you your order. Today I placed an order at 10:41, arrived at 10:50 it took over 5 minutes to get someone’s attention, each employee ignoring me no matter how much I tried to get their attention. One employee even came out from behind the counter, chatted with a friend who was a customer and then walk right by me, even thought I said ‘excuse me’ multiple times to her. I watched 5 in store customers order then get their coffee before me, as I looked at my coffee, already made, behind the counter out of reach. The sad thing is this isn’t the first time – this Dunkin always leaves mobile orders behind the counter.

Drive through is a nightmare, and if you go inside, you can’t get out easily. If you have a low vehicle, don’t go to this location. Very steep exit, and you will bottom out. Service seriously lacks. It took 3 attempts to get an extra large hot black coffee.

We used the drive thru which is usually pretty quick most times we’ve been. The norm is hot/cold coffee, donuts or bagels with vegetable cream cheese. There breakfast and avocado sandwiches taste good. My disappointment is DD no longer makes the Butternut Donut, my fav. We always use the DD App when cashing out to get rewards points to get free food. We do enjoy Dunkin Donuts!

Horrible customer service. Was very specific on my order, still messed it up. When I asked nicely to fix it they scowled at me hahaha. BUT the bagel bites were extremely good, I appreciate that they were actually warm and cooked!
