The blonde guy who works there around 4-5 pm cannot make a correct order to save his life. i needed to leave work just now i feel so horrible with heat flashes/ extreme nausea. i go there frequently before work and every time he is there something is wrong. even after i ask for it to be remade. i have worked at 3/4 different fast food places, its not very difficult to just make an iced coffee or sandwich+ it’s never even busy when i go. i’m pretty lenient when it comes to food so it takes a lot to get me frustrated.

I don’t know how the manager of this location still has her job. She has no business running the place. Location is constantly out of stock of basic staples like creamer… or sugar… onion or everything bagels. Young staff is obviously stressed with no support leading to poor service. Several occasions I have seen her yelling rudely at staff and customers using vile language.

Service is not that great, employee’s dont smile, definitely have no character, and take quite awhile to come to the counter. The mens bathroom is disgusting along with sink and toilet being out of date. Been there 4 days in a row, the dirt and pieces of toilet paper are in the same spot. They are constantly out of certain bagels, and counters floors and walls are gross.

Obviously this and most every Dunkin I’ve been to has been awesome. What some people maybe don’t know is that in the Northeast there are Dunkin’s on every street corner; however growing up in the South… Virginia specifically, Krispy Kreme is King. I will say that Duncan has some incredible variety, always tasty and fresh (not stale) somehow… The only way that Krispy Kreme is a contender/superior is when you are able to eat a freshly glazed freshly-baked Krispy Kreme plain donut… Dunkin ain’t got nothing on that one thing! Nothing beats Dunkin donuts coffee though :-).

Bought a small regular coffee and when I got my coffee it was Black , with no sugar and no cream , and the coffee had no flavor at all , it looked like dirty water, so I left the place discusted, and I’ll never go there again.

East Coast lovin’
Went through the drive thru to purchase two medium Chai’s and was given two small Chai in medium cups. I took a lid off and showed AVERY while trying to tell her they weren’t full and they were luke warm at best and she shut the window in my face while I was speaking. Chai is chai and it would have been fine if they would have charged me for smalls and gave me the difference back. I can warm it up when I get home. Take a look at the picture. This is exactly what I showed her when she decided she didn’t care.

As I said I do not like Dunkin’ Donuts they don’t make your Donuts fresh like they used to do in the commercials when I was growing up they have them distribute in and not making them they lost those qualities of freshness like I said if you want the best donuts go to Neil’s in Wallingford and Middletown. You will definitely like there Donuts

Staff is nice and coffee usually decent but I just got the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting and I’m too far away to bring it back. Would rather spend money on a coffee maker than on inconsistent coffee. Not a pleasant experience first thing in the morning.
