I would never leave a bad review here because its my favorite Dunkin but the afternoon crew is AWFUL. I’ve had to wait 15 minutes just at the window alone for my order even when it’s just a donut. I’m not sure what it is but I think they need to have extra people in the afternoon or maybe even hire new people.

East Coast lovin’

Tatiana ruined my first experience with Dunkin. This was my first time since moving to the East Coast going through the drive thru and ordering coffee and donuts. I waited in line and when I got to the speaker I waited for another couple of minutes to be greeted by a deep voiced woman who says “what do you want?”. I said “Hi” and she, in a foul tone, mocked me. I ordered for me and my 2 children who were with me and my 11 year old son commented on how rude the lady was. She only took the order. The lady that took my money and gave me my items was very nice but refused to tell me the ladies name on the intercom. I asked another lady who came to the window and she let me know. I want to try again but it will definitely not be at this location.
