This Dunkin always has slow service. Not the slowest Dunkin around but if your not in the drive through and going in to see what they have, expect a wait because your not priority to them.

After months of second chances this is definitely the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Will start making the extra commute to the Rt.20 location from now on. Drive thru always takes an obscene amount of time when there’s more than 3 cars, regularly get terribly made breakfast sandwiches, and this isn’t even close to the first time I’ve opened up a bacon/egg/cheese to the wrong thing entirely.

Went inside early Sunday. Food came out well before drinks. Ate and then went to Mens room. Oh boy it looked like a sewer back up. It did not smell as bad as it looked. I told the one girl that seemed to be charge. She told me she was short staffed and will try to get to it. I was making her aware of it and she already knew. Stuff you don’t see from the drive thru.

Drive through or walk in is always a minimum wait of 15 minutes. They really need better management. They have one employee that when she’s there everything seems to run smoothly and she’s friendly but when she’s not it’s back to the same old.

Sometimes they are really nice, but a lot of times they waist time talking to each other while you are actually are waiting for your order.
