The older lady with gray ponytail waited on me at the drive thru last Sunday. I ordered a Caramel Swirl Iced Coffee with cream and liquid sugar. Got to the window and saw that the coffee looked like dark brown murky water and it had a modified slip on it. I kindly asked the older lady if they could remake it because it looked gross and she started shouting at me and making it a big deal. Told her to keep the coffee and drove off. Simply could have been remade. I went to Starbucks immediately after and was not disappointed. Won’t be back to Westfield st

It is Sunday morning, 930, St Patrick’s weekend drive thru madness and the crew this morning was CRUSHING IT. I personally went in the lobby as the drive thru line did reach relatively close to the light/intersection and I was pulling in from the other side and looked like I was in for a commitment. Presuming a little bit of a stressed situation among the work stations as I walked in and not at all! I was listening and observing all that was going on, still expecting to make myself comfortable as the line continued out around the corner on route 20. The cashier who volunteered to hop off his station and to come and place my order was friendly and sociable and I was in and out in five minutes with all my food and drinks! I believe in this day and age there’s more than something to be said about an excellent strong crew but above all in the fast food service and I hope my comments here encourages everyone to treat this, and all, teams with kind words and even kinder direct tip payment! They deserve recognition and I hope this continues on for these employees and the communities they’re working hard to provide the essence of life to…coffee!

The kid working the counter inside literally put my $2 change straight into the tip mug. Without asking me! I’m flabbergasted. And there was NOBODY around to talk to! I waited 10 minutes for somebody to come even close to the front counter, and no one did!

Awful service. Can never get your order correct. I stopped going to this particular store due to the awful customer service a long time ago. Went today because it was on my way somewhere and unfortunately nothing has changed. When you ask for them to fix your order its refused and they will not give your money back.

This Dunkin’ is walking distance to my apartment, so I come pretty often. The drive through line can be rather long, as there isn’t much room for it, but I usually get decent service when I go inside.

Stopped by to get some wraps and they were super cold, the cheese isn’t even melted. Literally slapped the sandwiches together and didn’t toast them.. Asked them to heat it up and she tells me she can’t because of covid how ridiculous when they are making my food with no masks and gloves no common sense, people are losing it waste of time and food. Won’t be coming back here

Asked for my hash browns cooked extra gave me them barely cooked they were all mashed up together barely cooked at all I actually sent them back to cook them more and they pretended to and just handed me the same back ten seconds later. Terrible customer service and worst coffees made there never consistent and never worth my money not happy with this coffee run won’t go to them again !!!!

Worst customer service, I go to dunkin for decaf coffee almost everyday. The lady was very rude when I told her that they gave me the wrong flavors for my coffees. One was supposed to be decaf and another was normal and they were supposed to be the same flavor. After she went and gave me the right flavors i asked which is decaf and she made a huge deal out of it and snacks the lid saying that one was decaf. It was infact not decaf, i have a caffeine intolerance and I had an anxiety attack. It really ruined my day and as someone who works retail I treat everyone with kindness no matter how bad of a day I’m having. The customer service was unacceptable. Not to mention I was charged two separate times for the same exact thing.
