This Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst staff. All I did was place a mobile order and was told I can’t do that, I have to give the staff time to make the drink. Made the order five minutes prior to arrival, not sure what it is I’m doing wrong. The entire staff had an attitude, was treating every customer poorly. The manager here has no control over their employees, I will never visit this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

It’s so sad that some people doesn’t do their job right!! If you don’t like your job just get another but don’t be messing up people orders. I ordered a chia-late and what I got was I little over the a half of a cup like are you serious!!! I when back to it filled up. Worst Dunking service!!! 6:15 am this morning.

The best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I come here very often and will continue because they make the best latte’s. The staff are friendly and quick. There was one time when they messed up my order so I went back and the lady was kind, gave me a new latte, and asked me to let her know how it was. Like I said, the best Dunkin in Springfield.

Honest opinion. I don’t drink coffee so I always get a coolata at Dunkins. This location never has any, the machine is always down the system is always down. I kid you not when I say this, this location needs a new team new management maybe a new owner because he’s loosing out on money with the team he’s got. Also once your in line through the drive thru and you don’t order anything because they never have what you want, good luck getting out because in order to leave you gotta wait til the one in front of you leaves so then you can leave because there is only one exit your stuck till the one in front gets their order. Don’t bother coming in, it’s a waste of time. I rated one star because it’s always a bad experience when I go in. I stop going in for a while thinking it would change but sadly it hasn’t and I noticed I’m not the only one who has rated a one star.
