3.7 stars for a Dunkin? I now understand. We left the drive through after 10 minutes of waiting and no movement, go inside.. I’m thinking maybe they’re short staffed. Nope 4-5 employees, not a smile on anyone’s face. I asked for milk in my coffee and got cream.. not a big deal. But the level of slow service was unreal. On the order pick up counter there were more coffees than adults waiting how does that even happen?!

Went in the morning with some of my friends, only 1 person a head of us. Took 15 minutes to get back to us but overall the drinks/food was great. It was worth the wait if you don’t mind waiting 10 to 15 minutes.

Longest drive through ever, ordered pick up in advance and they were not open for walk ins. The car line was 8 long and I just went to work and skipped getting my coffee I already paid for. They should open store just for pickup. There’s no advantage to doing order ahead because you have to wait for every car in front of you to order. Also, the app gives you a choice for in store pick up, but then when you get there there’s a sign that says drive through only
