I asked for a refresher with no ice (they’re already cold enough) and I was given a half cup and still charged full price. The server had an attitude as well, which was uncalled for. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. This has never been an issue in the past, so idk if this is your new policy or you just have hostile staff.

This location I swear has the laziest staff and service bar none. Get a boston creme donut its upside down in the bag so the chocolate slide off on the bag, ordered the most basic thing didn’t even get the order correct, my friend order a hot coffee wasn’t hot at all she asked for black it had cream and sugar.

In the convenience store, employees should not bring their toddlers to work unattended to disturb the clients, there was not even a playpin for that kid. The cashier left the kid in the isle following everyone in the store. That is dangerous and it can open the door and go outside. Child at risk.

Forgot to post this when it happened, but on Jan 7th, approximately the 3:30, I used drive thru service . After waiting several minutes for car in front and myself to place order and then SEVERAL more minutes to get to window, I waited about 4/5min for 1 coffee, 3/4 min for 1 donut, and another 5 min for 2nd coffee! It’s never taken me over 20 minutes to get my coffees! Fyi the coffees weren’t even as ordered. The excuse was they had an on the go order, which we saw someone go out with, but that person ended up bringing order back in, obviously it wasn’t correct. Will never returrn!

Great way to start my morning. I made my simple daily order this morning. I asked for a Cold brew with oatmilk and a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Simple right? Well my bagel was almost made correctly. It was plain.. litterally, not toasted no cream cheese. My cold brew tasted horrible, it tasted as if it was expired. Not saying it was but it tasted older then my grandmother. The line inside and outside were long. As I drove up to the window to grab my order an older lady thst worked was talking to the girl at the window about her weekend and how her birthday was. Maybe if they worried about the customers instead of the weekend my order and many other order wouldn’t have been messed up. “America runs on Dunkin” yeah that only applies if my order was made correctly this was the worst tasting coffee I ever had. Guess I’m waking up earlier to make my own coffees again.
