I arrived shortly after 7PM and assumed the place was open because all of the lights were on and doors unlocked. Each Dunks closes at different times and I understand now that this store closed. Instead of telling me after watching me walk in and stand in line for service that they had already closed, they simply ignored me and turned off the lights while I stood at the register. Never in my life have I encountered such rude customer service members. If you don’t like people, don’t work in the service industry!

In the past this location sucked, low success rate on making orders correctly, wait times etc. But as of early 2022, it has really turned around. They seem to have had a large employee turnover before that time. They now always get my order right, and excel at customer engagement. Spencer is the only person, well now the rest of the crew at this location, I trust to make my coffee. I go to other locations and the always mess up the ratios of my drink somehow. Anyways, this new crew is AWESOME!! If you have had a bad experience here in the recent few years, and let’s be honest, we all did, I would say give them another try because they’d done a total 180. 10/10

Just ordered sourdough sandwich. The quality control at this place is atrocious. I have spoken to the manager before, but yet again get a barely toasted sandwich with cold eggs. Seriously about to give up on this place. Btw coffee was not hot.

I live very close by and also work in Shirley so this location is convenient. The service is at times pleasant but they never get my order correct. I order iced tea daily, and can not tell you how many times I have gotten iced coffee. I DO NOT DRINK COFFEE. Its really not that hard. They are always out of items, cups, straws etc… I ordered and payed for a large iced drink and got a large hot cup. I’m sorry they are not the same size.

The service has been consistently slow over the past few years. I work up the street and this is by far the most convenient coffee shop, but I choose to go 10 mins out of my way to avoid it now. Randomly stopped in today and they said they don’t have any eggs for today. According the the employee, this happens monthly? Seriously? 2 stars cuz sometimes the employees are respectful
