Ordered hot carmel macchiato. Received black coffee, at the window when I asked for the order to be corrected, the staff said “next time ask for a macchiato.” then turned away in a huff. I did order correctly and repeated it. She proceeded to add carmel to the regular coffee and returned to me. I had to go inside and ask for my order to be fixed, they recognized I had received a hot coffee. While fixing the order, I stated (to the male staff who was fixing my order) “the woman at the window is extremely rude and argued with me.” He stated, “not my problem”. Worst customer service I have had at this site in years. I understand they are busy, no need to be rude and slop coffee down the sides of cup. Also, no one had on a name tag, so I couldn’t bring my concerns to the manager. Everyone seemed very unhappy, stressed and overall unpleasant.

Ordered ahead on our way to Amherst. Glad to have chosen walk in rather than drive thru since it was pretty busy! Parking lot was busy as well but there were spots. It has a nice outside seating area where I saw two families playing. Inside of the restaurant is super clean and well stocked (for those of us who did take out and needed napkins/straw). We had a big order and it was ready by the time we arrived. I decided to give the Avocado Toast a try. It was cold then I realized it wasn’t toasted. I asked and a new one was given to me. Great service!

Usually always go to this Dunkin’s and have always been happy! They get my order right and the coffees I order come out perfect! I see so many negatives reviews due to them being short staffed, but that’s not the employees’ fault.. Today I ordered my usual two frozen coffees through the app and they were ready when I arrived and they had hand written notes on the cups that brightened my day!! People need to give employees some slack. They are going to mess up sometimes and that’s okay. We’re all only human.

Tried this location twice. The first time the employees ignored the online order even though I could see it on the screen they said there was a problem with their machine, but then they handed me the receipt that printed as it was working. The second most recent time had to wait in line 10 minutes with only one other car in line. No others pulled out from being served. The lobby was locked with a hand written sign that said “short staffed” and again I had to make them aware of the online order which I then had to continue to wait while they made it.I had even given extra time from when I placed the order so they would have time to see the order.
