How are you going to not allow the employees to get tips from customers and not pay them a higher wage than all of the other stores? These employees can make 50 to $200 more per week when getting tips, and management does not allow this at this location, and if a tip is given, management takes it away. This is unheard of and probably why it has a 3.3 rating. Tipping at dunkin’ is a normal thing. Not being allowed to tip makes me not want to come back, and also make sure anybody I know doesn’t go there either. Shame on you

Everytime i get food from here its always wrong or they dont have the item im ordering. I placed a mobile order this morning for a coffee, two hashbrowns, two donuts, and bacon. They made two coffees and i got a free one for no reason, they did not have bacon so i substituted it for a third hashbrown. I ended up only getting one hashbrown. so my order was completely wrong. The people in this particular Dunkin do not care about their customers. They’re extremely wrong and they never have the food that i try to order. I would just cut your losses and drive to a different establishment.

First I want to start off they are understaffed they only had 3 people working I’m the morning. But I do want to say that these pictures show that they are not properly cleaning their ovens or toasters. Heat kills bacteria but I still don’t really wanna eat charred pieces for breakfast. It will become a saftey concern as it keeps building up. This is also the second time it’s happened to me. First time I thought oh well stuff happens but a second time it them not cleaning. Whoever runs or manages this dunkins is not double checking what’s going on in their store. In a time where we are in a global pandemic cleanliness would be a priority.

Went to this location Easter morning…. Staff was friendly and location was clean. Young man that made my coffee did a great job…. Chocolate cold foam was made perfectly. He was very kind as well.

I understand that most fast food places are short staffed these days, but this location just lacks any and all care. I was in a line of 2 cars and waited for 20 minutes yesterday. My large iced coffee tasted burnt and my egg wraps were still frozen.

For the past few weeks this store can’t get it together. I ordered a LG ice tea with 4 SHOTS of liquid sugar. I watched them make it and they poured about 1/8 of liquid sugar. It was gross. Also ordered a med hot coffee with 4 sugar and 4 cream. I got no sugar and a way to much cream. I suggest not going here. Just drive down the road to the other Dunkin off of of Route 146.

Last week they were making my food without gloves, when I finally got the persons attention I asked why they were making food with no gloves and she said they ran out the night before and was waiting for the truck!!!! Omg gross I asked for a refund, buyer beware. Douglas

Went there 2 weeks ago. Hash browns were still frozen, gave them one more chance, did a mobile order. Get there to find out they didn’t have the strawberry dragon fruit refresher and no one there could refund my money since it was a mobile order. Would love to speak to manager. Totally unacceptable and will never give them my business again.

This location rarely gets an order right. Last straw for me was when I ordered through my app, paid for a bottle of water and then received attitude from the elderly woman telling me they don’t sell water when I asked why I was able to pay for said item. No offer to refund. When I asked for a straw for my iced coffee she told me “I’m not supposed to give you one.” Plenty of other Dunkin’s around with better employees and they get the order correct the first time. Won’t be returning to this location.
