If I could give it 0 stars I would. Typically this is my favorite branch of Dunkin’s, but today that was proven differently. I was on my way to get my wake up wrap and a hash brown, there were three cars ahead of me. It took them about 10 minutes to even start taking those orders. Then when I came up to order, I was informed that they were backed up and it will just be a second. Another 5 minutes later she takes my order and tells me to move on up to the window. I sat at the window for ANOTHER 7 minutes waiting. I’ve never in my life experienced such poor service. Like I said, typically this has great customer service, and is usually very fast. But today, I didn’t even get an apology for making us wait in the drive through for over 20 minutes for just 3 cars. Absolutely asinine as the money I wasted just idling there cost more than my breakfast I bought.

There’s this one girl that works at the counter most of the time messed up my drink 3 times. Doesn’t listen. Makes it hot when I ask for ice. Then gets the size wrong. Then doesn’t even put coffee in it just flavored milk. I gave up and went to McDonald’s for coffee.

Have to say this is my favorite Dunkin’s to go to! One of the managers, Megan is amazing! She’s super nice and on her game at all times!
