Waited almost 10 minutes to order a cup of coffee and cup of tea and then another 10 for them to be made. Had to ask twice for the rest of the order. Employees are focused on mobile orders for people who are not even there yet and ignore the customers standing in front of them. Management needs a better system of prioritizing people who are already at the store over ones that are not even there yet. Maybe have one or two employees dedicated to in person and others dedicated to mobile.

Bagel was so HARD and burnt. Here’s the whats left of the cream cheese after cleaning off my bagel. Absolutely disgusting and I’m sure you can imagine how messy and thrown together it was. Ordered when I was 10 mins away from site and single coffee was still not ready. Took them 15min to fill on the go order. Coffee tasted watered down. Coffee was loaded with grounds, for $3.15 a cup this is unacceptable.

Came to this location tonight after 3 other locations were out of vanilla bean coolattas. My boyfriend ordered my drink and jokingly mentioned that his pregnant girlfriend wanted mocha in her coolatta, when we got to the window we were greeted by the nicest Dunkin’s employee we’ve ever come across! We didn’t catch his name, but he had purple in his hair (which I loved haha) he asked if prego was in the car and asked if I wanted the “works”, making the best coolatta and making a pregnant girls night. Might not be a lot to some people, but kindness and going out of his way to make a special drink goes along way in my book ! Thanks again!!

Always get dirty looks. I ordered a drink that was $5.34 . When I’m paying that much for a drink I shouldn’t be getting a half filled cup followed by the other half being whipped cream . What a joke.

Too slow inside. Drive thru always gets the attention. One customer walked off due to wait. Trying to be more sustainable I offered not to take my bag and just take the sandwich inside. The employee took the bag and then put it in the garbage next to me.
