THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN ON THE PLANET NOT EVEN A NEW YORK DUNKINS IS THIS BAD!!!! Rude staff, slow service! I don’t want to hear any garbage about how much they get paid, THEY CHOSE THIS JOB the least you could do is do it right or quit!! Nobody wants their first interaction in the morning before work to be a cranky old lady who is annoyed to even take your order! Forget it if you want more than one thing how dare you. 15+ min to get your order in a line of two people HOW it’s like that no matter what. You want coffee after your night shift? Ha. 24 hours except they disappear to hang out outside will watch you pull in to the drive through and NOT GO INSIDE hoping you leave. This location single handedly made me wean myself of Dunkins !!! I only drink honey dew or Starbucks now and let me tell you the service at the honey dew in webster unmatched go there instead!!!

Absolutely awful. Service is outrageously slow. They only take orders on drive thru when the car at the window has driven away, which makes the line twice as long as it ought to be. They are sloppy with bagels and sandwiches, serve burnt coffee with grounds throughout, neglect to place lids on properly and I’ve been double charged to my credit card several times by the overnight woman whose name is mel. I’ve seen one associate who seems to do a great job, but overall this is probably the most poorly operating place of business I’ve ever seen. Even on television. They should close so that a place that might do the community some good can move in.

Terrible service. Horrible coffee. You can expect to spend an extra 2-3 minutes waiting for your order because the employees prioritize socializing with each other and chatting with their friends who come through the drive-through over actually doing their job and serving the customer. They’ll frequently make the order wrong, since their attention is mainly given to whatever conversation you’re interrupting with your order. The service is much better at the location a couple hundred feet down the road, closer to the highway, but they’re usually busier there.

If your order has more than 2 items on it, double check before you drive away, chances are something is missing or made incorrectly. I still go here pretty often since none of the other dunkins in town are really any better. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 since it’s close to my house.
