They never pay attention to the customers order. They never get my coffee right and every time I ask for cream cheese ON THE BAGEL they never do it. I have the physical ability to put the cream cheese on my bagel but 1. That’s not what I ask for and 2. There’s a reason I go through the drive through and ask for it on the bagel, BECAUSE IM DRIVING. So how am I supposed to put cream cheese on my bagel when I have to drive somewhere. It’s just annoying at this point. It just doesn’t seem like they understand what I’m asking or just simply don’t care. They also have 100 people working at all times and it still takes 45 minutes to get my order.

Ok. Yes it’s a DUNKS, we know they are everywhere. But the crew here is great. My wife loves Vanilla Cream donuts and they are over stuffed at this shop. It’s very clean. Give them a try, worth a drive if you are nearby.

Definitely a hit or miss sometimes good service and has bad service. There are handful of times where my coffee is not made how I asked, last week I asked for my iced coffee to black but they still put cream or milk in it and when I confronted the worker at the counter they pull in at the label on the drink, but and that made the coffee did not go by the label. This week asked for 4 sugars got my coffee and the sticker says 2 sugars. I’m freak my tire go to this Dunkin’ I would have gladly gave it a four or five star review but the service is very inconsistent and the servers did not pay attention.

If you’re going to close the dining room to the public, shut down the mobile ordering for the day. It’s insane to mobile order and the have to sit in a line for 20 minutes to receive it. Defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. This has happened at this location countless times, making me late for work and other things. Granted it’s a Sunday today so its fine… but figured I would take the time to write this while I sit in a huge line after mobile ordering from home!!! I’d be happy to edit the review if you come of with something better that a small paper sign posted on the door when people arrive and it’s already too late

They seldom get the order right. Also drinks are always HALF full. If you complaint they apologize and fill them up but I don’t like places where I have to regularly point out what they are doing wrong. They constantly have new untrained personnel so they never know what they’re doing. The location is actually nice.

Dunkin’ delivers on what one should expect from them. Coffee is decent but nothing noteworthy. Donuts are fine but again, nothing to write home about. Staff at this location are nice. In short nothing exceptional to expect, nothing memorable to remember.

1st, I had to yell HELLO several times at the drive thru microphone, then had to repeat order 3 times until she got it right, then she gave me the wrong change, and when I asked for a receipt, and the REST OF MY CHANGE, 3 of them were gathered around the cash register trying to figure it out.
