I’m sorry but your customer service su**s asked for an everything bagel with creme cheese on side you made it with cream ch on it and it was burnt to a crisp then I ask you to remake it you have me an attitude like I did somthing wrong I stopped getting coffee here because its lousy now I stop getting food here also I will stick with starbucks if there was a 0 star it would be given. This is the Concord St location in Framingham. Not always clean. Typically go in around 4pm and they are usually out of donuts and low on pastries. You will need to be buzzed into their bathroom.

Really small establishment. You walk in and you’re already in line. Few tables around you. Would be a bit uncomfortable to eat there since you feel like people are right ontop of you. Go there if im in the area only, but ill drive to the one near temple street in framingham
