First time I came here was in the evening and the place was great , quite , clean , good service , good atmosphere , then I came in the morning for coffee and I thought I was in a total different place ! In the morning it’s a place for homeless to use the bathroom get warmed up and wake up , on this day more homeless coming in to use bathroom than customers coming to buy coffee ? Several tables and chairs taken by homeless who were not customers ? The bathrooms and the tables and chairs should be for paying customers not freeloaders hanging around to get warm and use the bathrooms , hope that changes it ruins the morning atmosphere and turns customers away ….here is what you can expect, everyday one or two dopped out homeless people sleeping on tables that should be for paying customers ….more and more homeless sleeping on tables in the morning ,this is bad for business and drives customers away , policy should be that if your not a customer you don’t get to stay for free and take up customers spots ….

Don’t trust the drive thru, they run your card twice here! We where headed home the day after Thanksgiving, went through the drive thru for a muffin and munchkins, we used a card. When we arrived home we found that the store had added a second charge on our card, for more than our original amount. When we call the store the manager is never around and doesn’t seem to return our call. What a rip off, now we have to try to fight it thru the card company. No wonder the the drive thru attendant was so nice.

I always go here and I never complain even though the service is never good. I use the app to order food for pick up during my 15 minute breaks. I usually order it 15-16 minutes early because they always take too long. Every time, I am only receiving some of my order. Last week I ordered munchkins, hasbrowns, a latte and a bottle of water.. all I got was the latte. I had to leave. Paid $10 tried to say something to someone and get ignored, like usual. Today, I asked multiple times I got their attention because they looked right at me and a girl answered but never got the rest of my order. I’m upset because I continue to waste money and this is the only dunkins close enough to my job but I think I am done using their services.

Sometimes there’s a longer wait in the drive thru than when you actually go into the store. Customer service is mediocre. Never had a problem with my order though, it always is how I ordered and never missing anything.

This Dunkin’s is just like the Chipotle in Framingham. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. They never pick up their phones. I had to leave the job due to the lack of management in this store. The coworkers are straight up ignorant and incompetent. I hope this location shuts down. No one wants to wait 30+ minutes for an order to be placed. What a shame.
