Definitely the worst Dunkin in town. My orders often come out wrong and coffee is inconsistent at best. You might as well drive the extra 2 minutes to the Dunkin down the road, which I’ve found to be much more friendly and consistent with orders.

I live just down the street from the gas station so this is often the Dunkin I go to. Most of the time the drinks aren’t good at all. I went in yesterday to get some cold brew and tasted like water, very disappointing. I went back today and started an order and was quickly shut up by the manager saying she was working alone, and was just straight up rude, however by the time I ordered my drinks and pulled up to the window I saw at least one other person working. My experience yesterday was fine because the kids there were polite and got my drinks as fast as possible, however I think from now on I’ll take the short trip to the other one further down the street.

The overweight lady with black hair yelled at me and was extremely rude. They didn’t have what we ordered and went nuts when we wanted a refund. We weren’t being difficult or mean I understand they’re understaffed but I feel like that’s no excuse. Honestly that worker was the definition of the b word. Go to honey dew down the street.

Visited the store twice so far as it is the closest Dunkin’ to my house and had terrible experiences both times, will never go back. The employees are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them by placing an order. They pay very little attention to customers in the store as opposed to the drive thru. I’m pretty easy to please and don’t complain often and rarely write negative reviews but I was treated so rudely that I felt compelled to share my experiences.

I just wanted to leave a quick review even though I have never felt the need to. My gas cap wasn’t opening and I felt really weird and awkward to go into the store and ask for help. Only one attendant at the cash register I quickly went to Dunks for help. One lovely lady in a red mask (I missed her name, I apologize) sprung into action to save the day! Hit or miss. Lately been more of a miss… Very inconsistent. There about two staff members who actually know what they are doing. But do not go here if you are in a hurry. Long wait even for order ahead items via mobile app. And you will hardly ever get the correct order or a full beverage. Only reason why I keep going back is because it is the only Dunkin’ on my way to work and I get gift cards.
