A solid Dunkin’ location. The morning rush staff are very busy, but they are always friendly. My orders are often correct, but it’s Dunkin’ so I don’t except every order to be 100% right. The afternoon / night staff are nowhere near as friendly as the morning staff. I’d recommend getting a quick bite or coffee here on occasion so long as you go in the morning.

Hands down the worse Dunkin in the area. Every time I order from them the order is totally wrong. Every time I order my coffee with sweetener, they never put any. I order my bagel toasted, I get it not toasted. Every time I order it with cream cheese on it, I get it on the side. I ordered a donut, all the frosting is melted off and just a mess. Go to the Sudbury one, it is WAY better and they get my order right every single time.

Tried to use coupon specifically for this Dunkin and the worker told me the coupon wasn’t working and she didn’t know how to fix it. I was told I needed to come back when the manager was there between 6am and 2pm. Therefore I am unable to use the coupon because I am unavailable at that time and sale ends tomorrow.

Newest Dunkin Donuts in Maynard. Really clean and the staff are extremely nice. The manager I’ve known from another Dunkin Donuts and with her being there. This place can’t help but be successful. It’s also one of the bigger DD’s I’ve seen. Lots of space.

How is it that I walk in say hello and the clerk don’t even aknowledge you. Seriously walk away and go make a sandwich. Don’t say I will be right with you or anything. Then come back after 10 mins and just stare at you. Worst experience ever. Seriously if you don’t like your job please move on . They say America RUNS on Dunkin but this dude battery was dead.
