For 2nd time in a week they didn’t put egg on my sandwich! $6 for bread cheese and bacon….again. it happened last week then today @ 945. I can’t afford to get ripped off every time I order out and this location consistently screws me. It used to be the absolute best….I tipped $4, so $10 for bread cheese and bacon….again. last time I ever will go here.

On-line and on building near drive up window said open till 10:00P.M. Went through the drive thru and menu screen was black. When pulled up to window asked for a hot coffee at 9:30p.m. was told impossible, “too late, iced coffee only.” Should specify online that at certain time hot coffee becomes unavailable. Wasted my lunch break trying to get a coffee on second shift. Hurting for a coffee going to Cumberland farms for more reliable coffee after day hours.

Very good staff, most times there are donuts or at least donuts I normally eat and some advice, at 2:16 school ends and some students arrive at 2:25 so there is a big line. Sometimes these students cut the line and staff don’t really notice so they keep doing it but pretty good overall.

The service here is so slow and they mess up my order 90% of the time! The drive thru especially is terribly slow, I’ve been here so many times and I have had many positive experiences years ago but in the past 18 months this place has been out of of so many foods. I ordered a refresher here and they gave me something completely different than what I had ordered. They don’t even make any eye contact or say anything at all when you’re going to pick up your food. They recently made some improvements to the inside and I have to admit it does look a lot nicer and cleaner.
