Have always had problems with the service at this Dunkin’s – they never seem to get orders right and are so slow – but today I am making a comment because of hygiene. While looking at my receipt to correct my order, a server put her face *inches* from my face with her face mask all the way down below her mouth 🙁 and the server making sandwiches had her mask below her nose the whole time I was in there. I don’t want covid for Christmas!

Almost always a pleasant experience but every once in a while we get the same woman who is rude and doesn’t understand customer service. Made us feel bad about ordering, answered her phone while in the middle of taking our order. Have seen her be rude and rolling her eyes at other customers for no reason. This place is so close to my house but yet I’d rather go somewhere else to avoid that awkward and rude conversation.
