Dyed Red hair girl was RUDE AF, aaand forgot my vanilla in my latte, probably busy hating all the men in the world for no reason. Nice & clean. Looks new inside. Everyone else was super nice. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The place is filthy. They carry expired products. The employees all stand around on their phones chitchatting. The manager talks on the phone all day and refuses to help the employees. I went in and saw two employees working their tails off while everyone else hung out doing nothing. This store went downhill since the beginning of this year and I will never return to this location ever again. The company mistreats their workers and they end up leaving as a result. I lost a bunch of my favorite people from this location. I will now take my business elsewhere.

This Dunkin is trash. There is only one employee that knows how to do his job at the drive thru. The language barrier is absolutely horrendous to the point that no order is ever correct. Don’t ever do a mobile order because it will be completely wrong and whatever they decided to throw in the order even old food. It would probably be best to just shut down this location and let the other 5 dunkins that are within a half a mile radius to just take over because those locations can at least take a simple coffee order.

Poor costumer service. Employe training is very important and your employee need to learn how to treat costumer nicely and also not offending them with unreasonable request. They need to learn how to talk to costumer while dealing with them.

Was once a lovely store. Our regular. Has dropped significantly in quality. Store was recently remodeled but is not clean. Staff will vehemently ignore you unless you’re in the drive-through – which is often backed up into busy Washington Street. Had to lean over the counter to get my mobile order drink, then rifle through bags to find my food order, which hadn’t been completed but HAD been completely forgotten. Do not order ahead here! If it’s really your only Dunks option, drive up or walk in. Best option is just to head into Woburn Center or Winn Street.

Save your time and frustration and go to a different one. No one knows what they’re doing and no one can handle making coffee & food at the same time. Two days in a row I went through drive through for a coffee and sandwich and was asked to park in the parking lot to wait for my food where I sat each day for 10 minutes for a sandwich, never again!!!!

get my mobile order wrong 20% of the time. I basically used to go here every week day to pick up a simple black tea and an avocado toast with roast tomatoes. The drink is always fine, it’s just they keep making the avocado toast a whole sandwich or add bacon to it. I’m fat enough as it is, I don’t need more calories. I try to make my order simple so it’s easy and there’s no fuss.

I don’t know what happened in the past week or two but it’s been unacceptably slow here. It shouldn’t take 20-30 min in a drive through to get a donut and a coffee. This was my fav dunks as I work in the area and I’m sad it’s fallen off to such an extent. I hope whatever went wrong recently gets fixed because it’s my spot to go to on my lunch break.
