The drive thru takes way too long. I was 5 cars back and took over 15 minutes. I have chosen to go in but more often they mix up orders or don’t make the order correctly. On many occasions they were busy on their phones and not paying attention to what they were doing!

Ordered something on the app, was told in store they couldn’t make it but no one could give a refund. Only 15 year olds working, one little boy was extremely rude. No manager or supervisor working that day. Had to go back the next day to receive the refund. Manager is clueless that the kids should be supervised. Disgusting customer service and I highly doubt they are cleaning or even Servsafe trained. Will never return to this Dunkin.

An on goi g issue at this location.Employees that don’t care about what they are doing. No quality control with the poor excuse of food they serve… a 6 piece hash brown should come with 6 hash browns not 1 clumped piece of undercooked potato. The snacking bacon came undercooked in a pool of grease. My toasted bagel was as raw as it was before they toasted it..If your going to over charge people for your product you should make sure that product is atleast edible. America may run on dunkin but the only thing you’ll be running for after going to this dunkin is the trash barrel because that’s where the food and service at this location belongs.

Extremely bad service we had to face. First time we got hash browns they were cold and not pleasant to eat, so naturally we went back to ask for warm ones and not these old ones. When they gave us the next ones they were hot of course, but went I when to eat one I found a burn, utterly disgusting (literally charcoal) hash browns. Half the staff seemed distracted and one seemed to put the work in but it’s wasn’t enough.

I moved down the street from this Dunkin Donuts in July 2022. Every time I order online or go through the drive through they get my order wrong. They give me the wrong drink or food. Many times they have forgotten some of my food. I have had to wait inside the store to give my order because the employees are busy talking. It is very frustrating.
