Cold Coffee: I pay for extra cold foam very often on a cold coffee, and I almost never get it, or do they put it at the bottom? It’s foam. It should still be floating on the top, even if placed at the bottom.

I visit this DD 5 days a week as its on my way to work. Most of the time its the normal routine but today I was stunned at the customer service (lack of) that was given by one of DD employee working the register. Kiana felt as though we owe her something and was rushing everything for no reason. Best part when I said I would reach out to DD she laughed and said they need employees, and nothing will come of it.. One bad attitude in that crew!!
