I went to this location right around 1:30pm today sunday 4/23/23. I went to get a breakfast taco and a harsh brown like I usually do. When it was my turn to place my order this was through the drive-tru the employee who was a male had the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they weren’t allow to do any breakfast taco at that time. They are only “allow to do it in the morning only and that theres nothing he can do about it”. My replied to him was “wait since when? Because I have gotten it at anytime of the day. I have never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts having limited time for their menu”. He replied saying “Well thats what we were told”. So I drove to a different location in which I placed a mobile order and guess what! They made for me it was ready for pick up.When I got to the the other location i asked the employees there about what i was told and they were honest and very nice and told me that as long as the kitchen is on they can make it at anytime.

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would!!! Slowest and rudest service I’ve EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! 30 minutes for a sandwich and ice coffee with only 1 other customer here, and never got it because the “MANAGER “ told me after I asked if my order was ready yet that if I want it faster to get behind the counter and make it myself”!!! Needless to say, I had to go back to work and never got my sandwich. It’s ok, they can keep the five bucks!!! They’re going to need it!!!!
