Been going here for years, the afternoon crew 100% useless . They handed me my 2 coffees with cream dripping down the cup, as it usually is, ask the guy at window to stir or shake the coffee so we don’t get it all over my vehicle, he looked me dead in the eye and said why are you asking me. I said who else would I ask your at the window , he said come in and ask the guy who made your coffee. I keep giving them chances, and everyone has been saying the same thing , that place went down when they remodeled and we go elsewhere now . I stopped in frequently 2,3 times a day .Congratulations on sucking at your job .

I went in this morning ordering from the drive thru for me and some coworkers and basically was told not to order so much. They told me to go in next time if I’m ordering a lot. I got 2 bacon egg and cheeses, 2 orders of hash browns, and 4 drinks. Then they said “you’re at $30″…

Drive thru is 24 hours. Inside opens at 6:00am. I got there at 5:30 and i just wanted to wait for my ride inside instead of standing outside in 25 degree weather. The entire crew watched me politely ask to wait inside i even would have made a purchase if necessary. They denied me entry and continued to watch me freeze outside until 5:47 when my ride got there. I understand they arent required to let anyone in before hours. But a small gesture of letting me (a regular here) wait in the lobby is harmless and shows that people are still good. No one on that morning crew cared that i paying customer was outside freezing.

2:30 am and one employee is similar to a sloth and the other seems high as a kite. I have a precise coffee, they tried handing me a simple large iced 1 cream 5 caramel (totally wrong), I asked them to please fix it, they gave it to me the same exact way (dark coffee is something I despise). I had to ask for extra cream on the side. Talk about bad for business. I need my money back.

And the worker saiding noway she would misheard what I said, and it is my(me the customer) fault. She didn’t say it to my face, just I heard what she said after she went in to change the tea for me.
