Ordered ahead to speed things and up and there was only one person in line and at the drive thru. The person working was yelling with them when I pulled up. After about 5 minutes of yelling back and forth that customer finally left and I was handed a coffee and told to have a good day. When I said I’d ordered food they asked what I got and slammed the window closed. There was no white cheddar on my sandwich and the bread wasn’t toasted at all. It basically had the consistency of a wet fish. I’ll never go to this dunkins again and will definitely be telling my friends about this experience.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been to!! I go almost everyday on my lunch break and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Staff is so nice and do their job above and beyond of what is asked! Today one of the employees gave me a sample of the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade and I didn’t even ask! It was so good, thank you guys!!

i will never return to this dunkins. not only is the service incredibly slow, but this dunkins is not well stocked. employees also mess up orders every time, whether you go inside or through the drive thru. & this is coming from a former dunkins employee.

After years of using this dunks i have to say I’d probably never go back some of the staff is rude and very unprofessional with no name tags to boot so u can’t file a formal complaint cause you don’t know their names i never in my life had such a horrible experience as i did today . Between public humiliation and the utter lack of professionalism i am seriously disappointed in this facility.after 5 years of going there some of the staff knows my order by heart needless to say the lady didn’t charge me for my sandwich which i didn’t notice While other staff yells from across the establishment what my order is so i stepped to the side even after waiting 25+ minutes in line Even being high risk and pregnant and working at a local hospital emergency room which i was supposed to be at in 15 minutes which all the staff knows. i said u didn’t give me my sandwich while on the phone with a manager for work the lady so rudely says get off the phone and get in the back of the line and wait your turn again . Even though the manager for work heard me order my sandwich . I left with the wrong size coffee and no sandwich which is the only thing i eat on my 8 hour shift every morning . It’s cool I’ll eat later but u won’t recieve my business again . Can’t complain about everyone but a little professionalism and self control would be appreciated.

If I could do less then a star I would, during my city plow route I stopped by to use the restroom and get a coffee, and was told to go up the street, I asked again for a coffee and I was ignored for a min, then without even looking at me told again if I wanted anything to go up the road to the next dunks in newhampshire.

My wife walked to this location with my 9 month old daughter. She ordered an iced coffee and the cashier could not provide change for a $50 dollar bill and so my wife was unable to get the coffee. This is their problem, and they should have given her the coffee for free.

KING FOR a DAY
Just a normal Dunkin id1878 donuts nothing too special about this location I wish they would work a little harder with their service there their wait time is so long that the coffee actually might get cold but that’s a very rare thing to occur in in a Dunkin id1878 donuts franchise
