I ordered a large black hot decaf coffee at the drive up window today. When it was handed to me I asked if it was hot because the cup didn’t feel hot. She said that it was hot but when I got home…a live a few minutes away.. near Boston Market…. I found that it was just barely luke warm. I called the store and got a recording saying to call back later because they were busy with other customers. I called back later.. same message. Thanks for nothing!

This Dunkin is really nice, it’s very clean and the staff was very friendly. Coffee tasted exactly how it should and the hash browns were done right, they forgot my donut When I went through the drive-thru but I went inside and they gave it right to me.

walked in to get coffee this morning and the manager was rude and untrained. Took 10 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee being the only 1 there. After she took my money she decided to make make a few sandwiches, without gloves. Note don’t buy sandwiches at this location. She was on her phone instead of helping the customers. What an attitude. Been a loyal Dunkin customer for 30 years. Good news there are plenty of DD’s around. I understand labor is difficult, but a bad attitude is a decision.

Used to be great! But I waited behind one car for 35 minutes and saw two workers feeding a large dog in the car, sticking their hands in its mouth.Went inside to get my order and my iced coffee was warm with the skim milk off since it had been sitting there 45 minutes. They did make a new one at my request. Avoid this place!!!! You will get sick.
