This location is so stupid. This early morning, I went to drive through to order a coffee and donut. At the cashier window, I want to add 2 more donuts. The young lady told me that, I can’t make an order here, she said I have to drive around to order another two additional donuts to my order. You need to train your employees. There was no one behind me at that time. Stupid can’t be fixed!!!

Everytime I come here they have the door lock there really that short staff to have door look can even walking and get mobile order this dunkin was good now It stinks the door should not be locked the staff is being lazy I’ve been coming here for years o when I walk up to door and there 4 people working in there and people that go thur drive thur that are to lazy to get out of there car but when u go inside the do the drive thur people l first crazy

Went in this morning and was denied service because they were too busy. Asked for a stuffed croissant but they said “we can’t serve that right now because we are too busy”. Denying service because it’s too busy it’s not an excuse, give the option to the customer if they want to wait, it’s there to provide service and products but I got neither!!

I drive from lawrence to lowell to get to work. Everytime I stop here in the morning. I get we are not srving breakfast right now. What’s the deal? Won’t stop there again. 2 stars because they at least have coffee.

Covid is over, closing your lobby is a sign of laziness, and or your to cheap to pay employees. I live locally and will avoid both Pawtucket and Middlesex locations on principal. This is a problem with owner ship, not the staff.
