Stood there waiting at the register for someone to notice me for about 10-15 minutes. When somebody finally did, it was a teenage girl with really poor customer service skills. It was like she was mad she actually she had to do her job instead of pretending like I wasn’t there. I’m not expecting there to be all smiles just some basic politeness would be nice. They also burnt my food. That was today, but a week ago when I went there it was somebody else working and they were way better.

Yesterday one of your young wonderful cashiers lost my business permanently over four cents!!!! She’s hassling an older gentleman in line in front of me because he’s short 4 cents. The man had money but obviously was proving his point as well. Your cashier was intelligent enough to count and calculate the man was 4 cents short, but doesn’t understand that she’s losing more business and a potential chargeback over 4 cents????? JC. Pay people $1.00 more an hour and watch what a slightly higher IQ gets your franchise per hour never mind $2 or $3 more an hour ….

Though this location is extremely convenient it is often out of popular items such as the most commonly bought glazed doughnut among many other items. This is where convience becomes very inconvenient especially for mobile app orders as they allow you to order the items only to find out they are out of stock when you get there and there lies the problem. Wish I could give them a higher rating but this has happened multiple times. So be cautious especially when ordering through the mobile app.

Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn’t say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn’t make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don’t know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.
