I visited this Dunkin because I was passing by quickly to catch a train at the nearby station. My egg and cheese sandwich had no egg on it and I realized that when I got to the train station. I would have gone back but I didn’t want to miss my train. I had to wait ten minutes for my coffee. I try to avoid Dunkins in general because there is a lack of quality at Dunkin.

Always messing up my order and then they charge people .70 cents for cold foam but never put it you have to remind them about 100x. Same with the pumps of flavor. They either forget or don’t put the right amount. Gave me multiple coffees with 0 cream . They’re lazy and lousy and it’s annoying that it’s the closest Dunkin’s to work and home so I have to go to this one. 2 star only for the two girls who literally are the only ones who make a coffee correctly

Worst Dunkin’ in Lowell… I’m still waiting for an order we placed 20 minutes ago on the app for drive thru pick up. They didn’t have everything I ordered. They didn’t have stuff prepared that they could have. This isn’t the first time. The food wasn’t even hot.

I go here a couple of times at night because it’s close and open late. The night crew sit around and stare at a line of customers and joke about being on break. When you do finally get your coffee it’s made wrong half the time. I’m done with this location. And the lazy kids running this place.
