If it wasn’t for one specific employee, her name is Keisha, this establishment would be a complete joke she is very friendly and nice and goes above and beyond for you, most of the other staff is completely incompetent, RUDE, make orders rong, or just don’t care about there job. Because of Keisha I gave 4 stars and my family and I will always return here as long as she works there. Thank you Keisha for all the hard work you do their and all the great customer service you show my family and i.

I would give ZERO stars if I could, my co-worker and I walked in for a coffee and my co-worker approached the counter first and Marie said “what do you want?!” My co-worker kindly asked her to be nice and she said “I’m fine, I just want to get everyone out of here, what do you want?!” She messed up her order and gave her a bag full of donuts to make up for it. She took my order and greeted me with the same “what do you want?!” I gave her my order and Ariana came around to take my payment and proceeded to yell and swear at Marie about an order that was not paid for and she yelled at her about how to make my coffee. This was supposed to be a quick trip to grab an afternoon coffee and all the commotion and attitude caused my co-worker and I to be late getting back to work. ZERO STARS. Have a little professionalism!
