Hair on my bagel and disgusting green thing on the cream cheese. After long time trying to explain I want a cream cheese bagel I found a hair in the bagel and a disgusting green thing on it. It looks like they don’t clean the utensils before to start a new order. Coffee so bad taste too. I just throw all the complete order except the donut.

There’s an Indian man who works the register and sometimes makes the beverages. I ordered for an iced chai latte and he gave me an iced coffee. Sometimes he looks like he even doesn’t understand half the stuff I’m explaining to him and keeps asking me to repeat myself. So annoying

Double check your order! There is a woman there that works the register who consistently gives me the wrong order. I think she just grabs a random item from the shelf and puts it in a bag. There is also too much ice in the iced coffee. And, lastly, an iced coffee and donut cost about 15 cents more here than at other Dunkin Donuts locations. Probably best to avoid.

Avoid before 7am on weekends. I have given the Saturday morning staff a few chances, but when you count the tip jar and ignore me while I am standing there with my kid, then get my order wrong, I can’t abide. Things improved when the crowd arrived at 7:00, at least. We’ll patronize one of the other 632 locations nearby going forward.

Terrible, I ordered two pretzel bun sandwiches but they were out and instead of refunding me he made the sandwiches with a bagel and told me to have a nice day when I asked for a refund. Over all I would say this is a trash establishment and encourage people to stay away. For those wondering, he was tall and skinny with messy brown hair and glasses, and pale. If he is working I would recommend taking your money somewhere else

DO NOT STOP HERE. There is an extremely rude, and racist red head female that works the cashier. Referred to her middle eastern co-worker multiple times by names such as “Mohammed” when he kept repeating his real name. As for the getting our correct order, that didn’t happen for the family waiting before us, us or the girl after us. The family before us was waiting for three different versions of their breakfast sandwiches, and finally gave up and left informing them there still was no bacon on their sandwiches but they didn’t have time to wait. Finally, we waited for our food which was also wrong and he argued with us that he had given the correct order. The previously mentioned female just shouted from the register that she “hit the button.” We gave up and left without most of our order. This is infuriating, and who ever owns this location needs to do a staffing overhaul based on what I just witnessed

The people that work here are very nice, & the food & coffee taste great. It’s in a great spot, very easy on & off the highway. It’s Exit 40 off of Rte. 128. Easy to spot while driving on Salem St. It’s in the same plaza with Planet Fitness, & REI (camping, hiking store). Plenty of parking spots.
