Great coffee, good service convenient location, clean, seating, drive thru. However, sitting inside is miserable because it’s a staff of Gen Z foreign kids, they are loud and obnoxious. there’s one kid that does drive-thru who is..er..’alternative lifestyle’ and has to let everyone know about it (most likely due to his being from a traditionally religious, conservative culture). he’s totally hyperactive and won’t stop singing really loudly constantly/camping it up. So again because of low wages and nobody in Massachusetts wants these jobs you’re going to have nothing but kids working. nowadays that’s miserable because this is generation ‘we don’t like anybody that isn’t like us’ (but they seem very cohesive among their own age group across races/cultures). there’s a lot of older people that come in here and I notice they kind of torment them in a way but this is what you get nowadays with globalism. Other than that the place is actually stupendous the coffee is good it’s not burnt and it’s not weak which I’ll take a miserable atmosphere inside nowadays compared to a lot of the Dunkin’ donuts closer to Boston that are ripping off the public with bad coffee either being cheap or not washing the machines or watering it down. This is the only location in the area except if you go into Wakefield center I believe there’s another Dunkin’ donuts so take what you can get just don’t try to sit inside LOL

The main reason I give this place a four star is the staff. They are friendly, quick, and attentive. It’s a little tough to get in and out of. The parking lot mainly, and drive-through is tight to get in and out of. Over all a decent Dunkin donuts.

This place is always short staffed, there’s never been a time that I have been there that the staff wasn’t extremely overwhelmed, behind, slow, as well as has severe misdirected attitudes. I have applied multiple times due to the fact that I see how desperately they need a good hard working person who is able to take orders tand make them fast as well as correct. I have ran multiple dunks Iike this one and they never called back but always complained when I came in that they needed me. I think they are just over all short staffed with lazy staff that shouldn’t be working in a fast food environment that is “”fast paced” when they can’t even fully understand or speak English. Maybe start somewhere slower and learn a little more english practice some before being thrown into a super busy store.

This dunkin is always great when I go. They move the drive thru along very quickly and seem to have a great system down for servicing the customers quickly and correctly. The staff is very nice and almost always my order is perfect.

This is one of the best Dunkins I have ever been to! So good I had had to write my first ever google review on it. It is in an adorable well kept building. When we pulled up the drive through line seemed rather long, but with a blink of an eye we were already at the order window. They made my drink and food order perfect. Perfect cream to coffee ratio and best cooked wake up wrap I have ever had. Thanks and keep it up! Can’t wait to stop here again when I’m on my way to NH.

I like the food. People are nice. My old problem has gone. Service takes max 5 minutes depending on the order. It does get busy there in the morning, noon, and the evening. Definitely a great place for a treat when looking for something cheap. Definitely more affordable than McDonald’s treats that have increased in price.
