I work across the street. I’ve gotten coffee randomly a handful of times all around 520am. I order the same thing every time, and every time I have no clue what I’m getting. I order a medium iced caramel swirl with 2 creams. Some days it looks like 4 creams. Some days, it looks like 1 cream. Coffee is never fresh. Some days it’s burnt, while other days it’s watery. They need to stop rushing people out the door and make their coffees better. Get back to the basics.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, as I am a bus monitor for a school in the area. Usually, it’s always pleasant, but TODAY, i was highly disappointed & angry. The young woman with blue tipped hair decided she would make HER OWN FOOD, then clock out & walk out. When I LOUDLY said “are you serious?!” The young man asked her about MY order & she acted like she never saw the order, however I was in there for 10 minutes, waiting for a sandwich. I was ASTONISHED that she had the nerve to make her own food to walk out with instead of fulfilling customers orders first

They have gotten faster since the remodel. When I see a big line, I don’t drive by and the line moves quickly. McDonald’s is the fastest, but Dunkin’s has vastly improved with there drive thru speed.

Popped in here one time. What I got was fine but they forot part of my order. Possibly they seemed short staffed. A line of people and only 2 people working. I felt bad for them. I’m positive if there were one or two more working their service would have been better. It’s only reason why I gave 4 stars. They were apologetic and corrected the orders quickly. Some places would have had an attitude these 2 kept their cool and fixed the orders which I liked. You can’t blame them.

I get breakfast from here most mornings before I start my delivery job. The food is pretty good usually. With that said, the staff usually act like it’s a chore to serve people. I got there at 9:30 in the morning on 12/12/2021, a Sunday, only to find them closed. Why? They are supposed to be open according to their business hours. Keep acting like it’s a chore and keep playing with people’s time and you will lose business.

We had never been to a more disgusting DD or public place for that matter. Both bathrooms were absolutely atroshish and awful disgusting. My 9 yr old came out of the restroom with a look of horror. When I told the Employees. They were less than helpful or concerned.

Went to drive thru only ordered two hot coffees one regular coffee and one hot french vanilla and four doughnuts an plain old fashioned , Boston cream, Blueberry cake,and a chocolate glazed..the french vanilla wasn’t right tasted horrible and messed up our doughnuts…girl had even repeated the order back to us correctly… don’t know how it got so messed up…if not just passing through on a road trip.. would have definitely went back and had it straightened out… guess everyone is entitled to a bad day…not that we won’t be back again..but definitely will check it out before we pull away…
