When I visited twice I had two major issues. This Dunkin’ doesn’t not have a public bathroom which is a huge downside for me on my lunch break and needed a bathroom. Additionally, there scanner for the phone rewards doesn’t work. I went on two occasions and both times didn’t get anything because they could scan my app. Definitely disappointed in this Dunkin because if they did have a public bathroom and got a better scanner I would visit more often.

They have this no bathroom policy that is absurd. Usually businesses let their patrons use their facilities. But there, they don’t care if you’re a child, elderly or pregnant AND spending money there. They will not let you use the bathroom

I suggest you don’t go to that dunk’s the coworkers are very rude and unprofessional and there’s roaches and rats walking through the place and funny enough I thought that they remolded the place. Also be careful the manager is very rude and disrespectful.

This Dunkin was ok when we ordered. However, we were not told that when we wanted to dine in that this dining room was about to close. Just when we received our order, a different worker kept harassing us to leave by 7pm which was in about 5 minutes. She even called her store manager to intimidate us. There was no sign posted stating that the dining room closed at 7pm. Online it said that this location was open until 9pm. We were choking on our food, to finish as fast as we could. She said it causes more work for the workers. We were just sitting, eating and drinking. We were not bothering anybody. She was very rude to us. Ok, there were customers at the drive-thru, which stays open until 9pm. We were not, in any way disturbing them from waiting on those drive-thru customers. What ever happened to customer courtesy?

today July 31 I was there at 1:45 pm, I stayed for more than 6 minutes waiting to be seen. No one was around and the employees were just making jokes and never bothered to serve me. The tent was totally basic so they can’t claim they were busy. Between laughter and jokes, most of the employees were entertained.

These ladies here have way too much attitude. Me and my husband stop at Dunkins every morning and this one is on my way to work and home. I come in the morning and afternoon. I gave one star because the customer service is horrible. Some of these ladies need to be re-trained on customer service. They complain if you ask to have a coffee remade. They literally complain so loud you can hear them through the window and they talk reckless in Spanish. Saying swears and all. I pay almost $5 for one coffee. I have every right to ask for a coffee to be fixed if it’s not done correctly or taste like water.
