This is a large restaurant with an abundance of empty seats (as in all of them) with a drive-thru, so the lids, napkins sugar, garbage are alllllllll the way back at the entrance. Poor design, cold, uninviting atmosphere not to mention chilly, over air-conditioned vast dining area.

Horrible experience. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which I waited 15 minutes for then they hand me basically a raw sourdough sandwich I ask to have it toasted and get handed back a black sandwich. With so many other Dunkin donuts I would definitely pass this one by. Horrible experience and the staff who worked there definitely weren’t lgbtq friendly. (Not sure if anything changed) But I knew someone who got a job there and was not treated with the respect and decency they deserved. Definitely classless and with so many other options this location can just close its doors. No accountability or responsibility taken for anything. Plus they aren’t the nicest. I ordered some donuts and only ordered 4 and instead of giving it to me in a box he threw all of them in a bag and smooshed them. Made him give me new ones and in a box but of course he had an attitude. Well I guess that was above his pay grade. I would advice those who prefer respect and decent service to drive a little more and get coffee and donuts somewhere else.

There’s nothing more infuriating than being corrected by the little man at the drive up window. I ordered a large regular coffee with cream and one sugar and a shot of espresso. I’m older and we used to just say large regular and call it a day. Now we have to be specific because the coffee is so watered down that it’s terrible. Regardless the little man was rude to correct me. We will never go there again. Worse Dunkin Donuts ever. Oh yeah it’s Dunkin’ hahaha!
