Only giving 2 stars because the staff are nice people but the coffee is disgusting, tastes like they don’t clean anything and that it’s just been sitting there for hours maybe the whole day. I have not had 1 good coffee here I just drive a little bit more and go to the water street one…. This is literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. You’re ordering an iced coffee 9 times out of 10 it’s going to be old no matter what time of day it is, morning, late morning, etc. I don’t understand why they don’t have fresh coffee. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to the water street Dunkin’ Donuts which literally always has fresh coffee no matter what time of day.

There 1 worker here who loves to cut corners and not do things that were specifically said because it has happened in the past. They even did this on a mobile order I had which specifically stated for cream cheese on the bagel. The only reason I get upset is that I have said very loud and direct as to not get messed up, but still continues. I have even talked some people I know who go here and they have said similar complaints to this person.

The sighn said, “Time for a Dunkin run,” so that’s just what I did all the way to the bathroom. Try for smaller independent cafés. You may be surprised at how good the coffee is. For here, they are just trying to be Starbucks with crappier coffee.

Too bad too expensive !!! I ordered espresso 1 short, 2 caramel and 5 creams, they charged me 6$ for that. instead it only cost me 2.5$ when I bought it in the north End or Dorchester!

I have been ordering from this location for a decade and the volume they handle is amazing. I have always praised the staff on their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. Today, the quality control failed on the food line. I did not lower my rating as they were slammed, but I have not had any luck in the past trying to draw their attention to other quality control observations.
