I Order a coffee from a dunkin down the road. I then stop in this one because half way down the road I realized my coffee wasn’t right. I Told the woman it wasn’t purchased there but if she could just add cream. Barley understanding me she uses google translate to tell me I did not buy it there so she cannot help me. I even asked to pay extra for it to be fixed she refused. So I told her make me a complete new one I’ll pay for it, she was refusing to give me service until her other employee who spoke alil better English hoped in and made me my new coffee. All I needed was cream smh. I paid for a new coffee that wasn’t even that great. Never again

This Dunkin used to be my favorite but the last few months it’s definitely least favorite. They never have some of the drinks and food that is on their website or app when the Dunkin down the street does. The staff doesn’t even try to accommodate if they mess up an order. Very disappointed in what this Dunkin is becoming.

The store is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff. The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the donuts are made to order. There is a wide variety of food and drink options available, so there’s something for everyone.

Today my wife, as a treat, ordered breakfast for her and myself and the kids. We ordered our beyond meat sausage patties because we are vegetarians. When our order arrived, we were still half asleep and just wanted to have our breakfast. My wife took her first bite and ate it and then said the sandwich tasted funny. She took the top off to discover that instead of a beyond meat sausage patties it was a normal pork sausage pattie.
