These ladies taking orders here need some training. Me an my husband pull up to order an he was called hun sweetie an love in the 1 min in took to place our order. I’d be wrong though if I walked in there an told the chic to watch her mouth. It’s not necessary it’s actually not professional at all! You don’t know my husband why are u calling him love! He’s my love stupid!! Retrain these people before you have a serious problem in you store!!

I live down the street so I’ve gone here often. Unfortunately for me, this is consistently a roll of the dice. I almost always need to double check what they gave me, and they usually don’t give what I ordered. The drink is wrong, or I asked for one item just to find a completely different item in the bag. They won’t put the toppings on your bagel, they expect you to do it, and the bagel will be burnt. Other than that, the service is quick (which probably is why the order usually isn’t correct), and the drive thru isn’t too busy. Good luck!

Dunkin is a lifeless option in MA with overpriced prison food and drink and I leave disappointed nearly every time I leave. However that was not the case today. I walk in to what appeared to be a full work staff. They had 2 young ladies cleaning, one was sweeping the floor and the other was washing the walls. It smelled amazing and all the coffee station accoutrements were full and clean. The staff were ALL attentive to me and made multiple changes to my order on the fly. The best part was seeing young people working with a smile and not miserable like nearly every Dunkin I go to.

Been going here every Sunday more for a while now. With no issue. New girl working in there destroyed my donut putting it in the bag, got chocolate all over the bag and still gave it to me. Went right in the trash! And the coffee tastes like water!

I wish I had two more hands so I could give this location 4 thumbs down. Consistently getting food orders wrong, not toasting bagels, not putting any cream cheese on when that’s what the order called for, you name it. And the apathetic nature of the employees when you inspect your order and show them it’s wrong. Incorrect orders are just too consistent here.

I never thought I’d give a bad review about Dunks but I just feel insulted and disrespected by Dunkin employee Nicole. I just had to say something which normally I wouldn’t. Just this was a bigger deal than I ever faced at a place before. I pulled through the drive through and wanted to place two separate beverage orders, I was told that I cannot place two separate orders through the drive and I had to come in. I went into the store and I was waited on by Nicole. She appeared to be agitated and bothered even before I walked up to her. I told her that I want to place two separate orders, she instead rings both beverages in one order, when addressed she became angry and said to me that why didn’t I say that before, I was dumbfounded. I said that I did. She was hitting the keys so hard on the cash register, I honestly felt so awkward. She repeats each order slowly as if she was trying to do upset me. It was so disrespectful. She went on and prepared the beverages. I noticed that she didn’t add sugar nor caramel to my “caramel macchiato”. I pointed out and that was the end of it. she yelled at me while her store manager is standing next to her and could hear her and instead of stepping in and addressing the situation (please note I never once raised my voice or was impolite in any way), the store manager Dominick instructs her to make another drink to which she disagreed. Another employee stepped and offered to make the drink as well. She didn’t listen to either and went and grabbed my drink out my hands and pumped 5 or 6x of caramel into my the cup. I was so upset and mostly shocked. I couldn’t believe the manager just stood there and allow this to happen. This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I am more upset with the manger who should have stepped in and taken control of the situation. It was unacceptable and disrespectful. No one should have endure such a treatment.
