Dunkin’ on Boston St. in Salem, MA. held their re-grand opening ceremony (renovation) and the first 100 customers received free coffee for an entire year! Me and my fiancée made the line, respectively. I gave my winnings to my twin sister not only because I love her but also because I don’t drink coffee. I also spun the wheel and won a thermal cup holder. After spinning the wheel we were able to collect one free item from the Rock 92.9 tent. I picked the bottle opener and vowed not to use it on Budweiser products and they laughed!!!!!! The ONLY reason I’m giving ⭐️ ⭐️ is because when I went to get my fiancée one of her free coffees and an a paid order of Avo toast the coffee was made wrong and the Avo toast was old and they didn’t put it in a box but rather a bag which allowed the Avo to smear all over the inside of the bag. Reckless! To boot one of the male employees looked like he was under the influence of an illegal substance and felt the need to complain about his shift. But if you catch this place on a good day, forget about it the place is on point. But like I said, you gotta catch the right employee on the right day.

This location is the worst Dunks location Ive ever been to. They can not get a single order right, have had burned coffee, cups are always leaking, mobile orders are not made until you get there. Staff is rude, parking lot is awful, place is always dirty. Was just redone and AC doesn’t work, doors don’t work… everything about it is awful. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The cashier should consider a different job. She obviously hates her job. Visited on May 7th, 2022. She fillfilled my order half way and started another order and completed 4 new drinks for another customer when all I was missing in my order was the milk and hot water. I asked about the hot water since I had a infant in the car who needed her bottle hot and was fussy. I asked the lady if I can just get the hot water and I could wait on the bottle milk. Instead she started working on preparing someone else new orders who came in after me. She keep me waiting. Wow the lack of empathy. I was first customer in line and my order should have been filled completely. How can you justify this behavior. Unexplained and not professional.. Also, when I walked in the Dunkin’ Donuts located in Salem a lady walking out spoke out and said i am out of here i asked if she was ok she said to the lady is to rude. I should have taken her advice. Very unpleasant experience. Maybye the manager can watch the surveillance camera if there is one in the store to determine her actions. This person could use hands on training and multitask in a proper manner.
