The afternoon crew is horrible. I went around 5. There was 1 car in the drive thru. One person inside waiting for a while with a not happy face. I waited for a while for the person to come to the register. The two women working looked at me several times and just kept walking without even acknowledging that I was standing there. I ended up leaving.

I had a disappointing experience with the manger at this location today. Besides her unfriendly manner at the drive through, I had a $1 reward for an item on my app which she insisted was not correct even though I showed her the promo. I didn’t make a big deal of it and paid the full amount because I could see she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Then as she was giving me my change the dollar bills flew out the drive thru window into the pouring rain. She never apologized as she basically threw them at me and just ignored the entire situation, never even making eye contact. Poor management and customer service.

i went to this location and was met with a lovely lady named chrissy. she helped me with everything i needed and made sure my drink was perfect. what i did not appreciate was the person in the black shirt. looked like she was in charge. i noticed she was yelling at ppl and i don’t think that is an ok work environment for workers.chrissy was a 10/10 and i will return to have her serve me again

This is a nice little Dunkin location, the service is relatively fast and they have plenty of seating. Only thing that needs improvement is not having the barista add sugar to the drink without consent of the customer. Otherwise 8/10, if you like Dunkin coffee it’s a good little spot

Listen my family and i just left this estblishement and are pretty upset at the three young boys working ..telling us that they cannot make 3 lates that we wanted … we were laughed at by these children when pulling to the window one had No mask on and told us the machines being cleaned… so after being laughed at we took our $20 order to Starbucks down the street where we had excellent service so we left a $10 tip just because.
