I came through the drive thru and this woman with respect nails and curly hair was at the window, after I gave her my money she took the change and dropped it into the bucket without asking. I was amazed. I worked at dunkkn myself for many Years so I know that you are trained to ALWAYS offer back the chance even if it’s as small as a penny. I am not upset I just want this to be known so that it doesn’t happen to others in higher amounts because who knows =/

I frequent this DD often and they consistently get my order correct (not true of many of the Dunk’s I have frequented), they are consistently polite (who even asks you how your day is at the drive thru anymore?!), and fast. I don’t even hesitate when I see a long line because they zip right through the orders and in no time, I’ve got my order and can get back to my busy life. Thank you to the great employees for the good job you do!

The staff was rude and unorderly. The employees were more concerned about chit chat and bickering than the patrons waiting. The place was messy and I noticed some employees wearing slippers, I know this alone is an OSHA violation in the food service industry.

I hate this place so much! Every time I go here they get my order wrong and it makes me angry. I can be being for one thing and I don’t get the whole thing I’m paying for. It’s always something with this one. The food not cooked right, or my drink is missing something, or I missing parts of my order and have to Witt an extra ten minutes. Good thing though it’s not the only dunkin place in Foxboro though.

Manny at the front desk was very helpful and cordial, he greeted us with a friendly smile and fast service though I live in Rehoboth Massachusetts I’m pretty sure I will be coming to foxboro to this Dunkin donut establishment as I love Dunkin donuts coffee and I look forward to trying the ice cream cake pizza thing. As well my sandwich was very good I had a Turkey egg and cheese muffin and my wife seem to like hers a lot, she also enjoyed her coffee. Again thank you Manny.
