I read alot of reviews about bad service but I just don’t see it.. maybe it’s a give an attitude get an attitude thing but as a regular customer I haven’t had more then 1 or 2 issues over the past 8 years I’ve been coming to this particular location. The only thing I can think to say negative is about the roadway and how you can’t turn left out of store onto rt 1 however this isn’t the stores fault and you can loop around right down the street so problem solved! Thanks for the great service!

Stopped for coffee (In MHO the Dunkin’ coffee is the best!!) today. The lady behind the counter was really nice. The store was clean and well lit. They had a fresh tray of Boston Cream donuts, I had to get one… it’s a weakness… I really like Dunkin’, this one a good experience!!

I tried to get a order placed for a corporate quarterly meeting and I stopped two days back to back only to show up three days in a row with the staff saying each time they didn’t know about my order for the meeting. Each time the staff talked bad about the other crews and luckily they made my order up with 30 minutes before our meeting took place. Will never use Dunkin again for a meeting.

Great Dunkin very friendly great attitude work ethic. The hazelnut ice coffee cream sugar I recommend. Pumpkin muffins are great since it is the season. The breakfast bacon croissant and sausage are delicious. Keep up the great work highly recommend.

I pay a lot more money for added things in my latte and I got a completely wrong drink order through the drive thru and I couldn’t turn around to go back in and have them fix it. It’s ridiculous the prices have gone up and then order after order gets messed up. Poor service and From now on I guess I’ll have to check before I drive off. It’s only this location who makes all these errors.

I’ve tried for months to give this dunkin a chance to pull it together…hasn’t happened. Service is extremely slow, store is usually a mess. Orders are often made wrong, coffee is often extremely bitter or watered down. Today I ordered a cold brew French vanilla with regular cream and sugar (3/3) and I got a plain cold brew with one milk and one sugar. And it still tastes like water. Barely even put any ice in it either. This dunkin is definitely watering down their cold brew. I have given up on this one.

Usually when I come here the experience is more then pleasant. But this morning they were a little busy and made my coffee wrong. Not a problem, I came back and the manager was extremely rude. She talked about me as if I wasn’t there. Just because I POLITELY asked to have my coffee redone. She had a vicious attitude as if I’m suppose to drink a $6 coffee that was made wrong and shut up! I’m really disappointed. I come here almost every morning and sometimes in the afternoon when I need a boost. Needless to say I’ll be getting my coffee else where.
