I’m usually all over the place making sure we are on point an making customers happy. Even our regulars we make sure it’s done before they even come to the register. It’s a pretty average Dunkin’, none of their products (that I’ve had) stand out amongst ones offered elsewhere. It’s the largest Dunkin’ in Mansfield to my knowledge, so I believe they have more selection than the one in the center of town. Make sure to use the app to get points with your order!

I have been going to this Dunkin’ for almost 20 years now and that’s most of my life. Today however; whomever is running it these days is absolutely coo-coo for coco puffs. Some guy in a tie goes over to my BF and tells him very asininely to leave. My BF is like “why?” He was just sitting there drinking a coffee; From Cumby’s. So then my BF said to him “I’m sorry. I will buy a coffee.” The man in his tie says, ” No I don’t want business from you! You go now!” We both have been spending money every week at least for 20 years, and that is how they show there gratitude? I get the Cumbys coffee cup thing but to refuse business and scream at him like that and kick him out like a dog! Completely unacceptable!!

Iced coffee with cream, sugar and hazlenut….ended up being just cream sugar and hazelnut no coffee! Plus the individual at the counter as I was about to order told me to hold on and took a personal call and when she saw that there was no a line of customers behind me she got off the phone and made the horrible drink. I will never return to this Dunkin donuts and I grew up going to only this Dunkin. After adding my own coffee to it in a cup as pictured you can see that it was then the correct color because I had added coffee which was missing. Horrible experience

My first time at this location, and while the young man that took care of me was very pleasant, the overall feel of the place was quite lifeless. There is a vibrancy to Dunkin Donuts that was missing from this locale. My Wake Up Wraps were what I expected.
