This place is disgusting. The parking lot is littered with trash and Dunkin’ cups and bags. My 3 year old and I go here weekly to get donuts, it’s never clean, the staff is never nice. Today takes the cake, the person helping me pants were so low I you could see their underwear hanging out. He then proceeded to yell at me twice when telling him what I wanted telling me I had to pay for the donuts first so I didn’t walk out without paying. My card was already in the machine-I was trying to pay for said donuts. He then apologized and said he was tired. I’m not a dunkin coffee drinker, but this store is not worth it for the donuts. You tend to feel like you are always inconveniencing the staff as opposed to them doing their job and getting you what you need.

Whoever was handling food for the drive through this morning absolutely nailed it, that was legit the best Dunks avocado toast of all time, perfectly toasted, just the right amount of the avocado spread, genuinely improved my mood it was so dang good. And just generally the folks at this place are professional and friendly- any issues with lines and waits and such are genuinely not their fault, and they’re always putting in a great effort. I’ve worked food service before so I know it’s not easy work. Thanks!!

Sometimes this is the best coffee shop to stop at and others it seams to be the worst. I guess it all varies with time of day and how much they are getting slammed with. Yet the consistency seams to vary all the time. I frequent pretty often and every time is a bit different. Not to be unexpected with a fast food service. Yet they are on the better side of others for sure.

The food and beverages are the standard good Dunkin’ quality. The staff tries hard and generally does a very good job- especially at the drive-in window. Like most retailers they are still looking to fill openings (Nov. 2021), but compared to their competition they are doing much much better… especially in getting competent help who can & do learn and honestly want to do a good job.

This Duncan makes the coffee right. The coffee is well mixed, clean (the lids of the cup didn’t have coffee or anything on it when I actually received the coffee) and fast. Besides the customer service and coffee being superb, this place is beautiful. I don’t think I’ve seen a more welcoming and beautifully setup Duncan Donuts

Went by at 7:00 says they close at 9:00 front doors were locked so went through drive-thru to order a sandwich and was told they no longer doing hot food for the rest of the night! Complete b.s! How are you going to be open for 2 more hours and not do hot food…pure laziness!!
