Always great service from hardworking individuals who are on their feet all day and night. Working in a fast paced environment and truly still keep a friendly and positive attitude towards the customers which in this day and age are very hard to find. So I give a great big KUDOS to all of you Dunkin Donuts fine employees who deserve more than a tip from us customers. I would like to push for an employee bonus for the best rated Dunkin Donuts weekly. It would be nice for the owners to give a little back to your very proud, customer caring alongside establishment upkeep. So if you stop by give them a shout out. I’ve been coming regularly for a few weeks while my kids are in camp nearby and some days hanging out here for a few hours. The food and coffee are the usual reliable Dunkies, the room is comfortable, the bathrooms are consistently clean and in good working order, and the staff are above and beyond friendly. Excellent all around location.

I hate to say it but this Dunks often disappoints. Much slower service than I’ve gotten from other locations, and this morning I bought a Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich and it was cold in the middle. I didn’t have a chance to return it, but that was a real let down.

Employees are lazy! I ordered 5 donuts and they squished them all in a tiny bag causing frosting to get everywhere and all over the other donuts that simply did not come with frosting. Drinks are not properly made. I order the same drink at other locations and they make the drinks correctly and all taste the same. Here I don’t think they add the correct amount of cream/syrup.

I ordered 4 donuts, only got 3. The donuts were supposed to be strawberry frosted, i got just a chocolate donut with no frosting. coffee didnt have creamer or swirl in it. these guys obviously dont care about customers
