This is a Terrible shopping experience!The cashier looks like a Indian woman. I came here this morning to help my friend place an order, we tried to order in the app but failed, so I told the cashier that we need to reorder one, and we have an account and QR code, she ingore our request,just told us that we can’t order in the app. But It shows that we have this rewards, she did nothing and did not tell other cashier or manager to help us, she’s attitude very bad. That is why we go back to the store to do it again and told to the manager. As of today, this is the second time happened to me, and I don’t want it to happen again.

Terrible. I normally order On the Go (dunkin app) in advance because there’s always a long line. However, they never fail to mess up my order mind you I order here every morning before work for the last 2 years. They don’t pay attention to your order, they mess it up and when you tell them they ignore you. Honestly one of the worst dunks around here. I just go to it because the location is convenient but I’m definitely going to a different one from now on.

They have consistently gotten my order wrong every day. Both in person and mobile ordering, in plain text. Workers don’t know the difference between vanilla swirl and sugar free vanilla. It’s very frustrating.

I got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and it was cold I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant the egg was not real which was pretty disgusting I thought the cheese was not melted in the sausage was cold I took one bite into it and it was disgusting I took it back to the tall guy that works there he was going to reheat the half-eaten one instead of offering me a fresh one. I find the workers there very rude they don’t even say thank you or or good morning when I go there they just woke up waiting for you to give them their your order no smile no good morning no thank you know nothing I avoid going there I would not recommend anybody to go there

Their manager has a “yes I own this business and I am very busy and I don’t earn a lot you know the cost is very high to run a store so you’d better get plenty of money ready in your pocket to even consider to bother me” face. I asked them for an extra cup. He refused me, and told me that I had to pay for that. His way of saying that made me very upset. I used to get extra cups without request from other dunkin stores so I thought it was okay to ask for one. And it was my first time to actually ask for an extra cup. He made me feel that I was treated like someone who likes to take extra advantage. But I am not.
