Weird behavior at this location. Drive through staff are helpful. Front counter – not so much. I made a mobile order this morning, I had a breakfast taco, a doughnut and a latte. The woman at the front counter asked me what I got while I was waiting for my order, so I told her. Then, she proceeds to get my doughnut, and hand it to another customer in the lobby, to hand me – but that’s not what happened. That customer gave it to a different customer, who opened it, and then gave it back to the original customer. So, at that point, my food has been handled by three different individuals, two of them don’t work there. So, I wanted to get a different food item that wasn’t handled by non employees. When I told her what had happened, instead of apologizing, or acknowledging the basics of food safety that she couldn’t recognize, she started getting angry with me, and gave me attitude, and pushed her hand at me as if to say, “go away.” I’ll continue coming to this location, only for the drive-through staff, because they were excellent. Teach the employees food safety basics, please.

This dunking place is the only one in and around saugus, malden, Lynn, and revere, which makes the regular hot coffee perfect. I have gone to other locations and are always disappointed. Something g is always off. Either less cream or to strong, no suger, etc. At this location, Revere, next to Eddys Diner, the coffee is made just right.

The store schedule supposed 10 pm but some employees decided to start closing early at 9:30 when I spoke to the there employee that his not suppose to be close he said go complain if you find someone to complain to that was July 29 ,very disappointed starbucks employees will never do that .

The girl working the drive thru tonight was not paying attention when I was placing my order, asked me to repeat myself multiple times because she was watching someone doing something outside on the street, asked me if I saw what the person was doing through the speaker. I’m like no I’m just trying to place my order. I ordered a cold foam cold brew, I got iced coffee no cold foam. I also ordered a tea which I watched her make, she grabbed the tea bag out of the packet with her hand instead of by the string then plopped it on top of the water. God knows what money she touched or where her hands were prior to her doing that so my tea went right in the trash. She had an attitude, barely spoke and was not friendly at all. You could tell she absolutely did not want to be there.

Got my coffee this morning using the code for an offer and this employee called Mario was extremely rude! I had just asked if the offer had gone through, because it doesn’t show at the time you scan, and he not only did not explain but was also so so rude. I love this store but this guy simply ruined my morning for nothing .
